Went on a lookout for an available 4bhk flat, awesome view from the top, security is tight but friendly, society seemed nice, play area for kids available, pool was there but didnt seemed to be clean. Wonder how the night view from the top would be.

From the first day to the last I felt totally secure in knowing that people at Kent were doing everything possible to make sure that my oak villa project was carried out to the best of their ability and the least inconvenience to me and my family. Thanks to the kent team, that were always willing to hear our concerns and addressed them in a professional attentive manner as per our expectations.I was very pleased with management and the staff. They did 100 percent excellent job and I was very impressed with their timing and planning.

One word to describe Kent is "amazing".Have experienced their unique service model that thrive for the complete satisfaction of their customers forever.I think "Feel good" factor is their USB that makes their customers happy and urges to come back whenever they launch a new project..From my personal experience I would say Kent properties are one of the excellent investment options in Kochi that can guarantee maximum return with minimum risk...

Used all quality materials overall, very minor side problems like bathroom false ceiling etc not upto the mark. Well planned architecture, each flat maintains a house like privacy. Car parking for some slots might be congested. Not a problem for 3BHK. Kent Constructions is trust-able, and follows a process and business ethics.

We bought our villa with Kent in 2019 and we must say that out of the various number of projects we visited, their palm villa project is the only one which satisfied our requirement of a house. The quality of work done, ample space provided around the society etc is something very few builders provided. I must explicitly mention Ms. Moncy from their sales their sales team for her support and on time response t our all queries. Overall it is a very satisfying experience.
